Over 7,000 room heaters sold on Amazon recalled due to electric shock, fire hazards
Vornado Air LLC, of Andover, Kansas, is recalling about 7,780 of its VH2 Whole Room Heaters due to electric shock and fire hazards. According to the U.S. Consumer Protection Safety Commission, the heater’s power cord can partially detach from the heater enclosure, which can lead to cord damage over time, posing electric shock and fire hazards.

Thousands of space heaters sold on Amazon are being recalled due to electric shock and fire risks, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The approximately 7,780 recalled Vornado VH2 Whole Room Heaters had “JUL24″ or “AUG24″ date codes and “TYPE VH2″ printed on the underside of the heater.
