Apple Cider Vinegar is streaming on Netflix and the series tells the true story of Australian scammer Belle Gibson (played by Kaitlyn Dever). She lied about having a brain tumour and monetized the fake diagnosis by launching an app called The Whole Pantry.

Just when you thought you might be over Apple Cider Vinegar, Netflix has just added a documentary version of the Belle Gibson case. Apple Cider Vinegar was a dramatised version of events, whereas this one is completely real, and shows Belle herself.

Dever has won widespread praise for her virtuosic performance in Netflix's latest true-crime hit, which tells the story of disgraced wellness guru Belle Gibson.

Her name was Natalie Dal-Bello. She sadly died of multiple sclerosis in 2017 – about two years after Belle’s fake cancer scam was exposed. She had another child called Nick, who spoke about growing up with Belle Gibson in the famous 60 Minutes Australia interview.
