A new lawsuit accuses Priscilla Presley of prematurely withdrawing medical care from late daughter Lisa Marie to try and “regain control” of ex-husband Elvis’ estate.

A new lawsuit alleges that Priscilla Presley 'pulled the plug' on her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, within hours of her being hospitalized as part of a scheme to regain control of Elvis' estate.

Presley's attorney called the lawsuit "a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty-year-old woman."
