Enzo Maresca could be on the verge of welcoming another signing to Chelsea after Jorrel Hato was left out of Ajax’s pre-season squad to face Celtic.

Chelsea are ready to pay £44m for Ajax star Jorrel Hato, but the Dutch giants are said to want £52m according to Sky Sports. The Blues have been busy this summer and have already signed Liam Delap, Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens, with more new faces expected to follow.
