George Clooney turned a months-old Donald Trump rant about him right back on the former president. Trump in July fumed that Clooney should “get out of politics and go back to television” after the actor penned a New York Times op-ed calling for President Joe Biden to abandon his reelection campaign.

Clooney, an ardent Democratic supporter, wrote an op-ed in the “New York Times” op-ed, wanting President Joe Biden to leave the the race in the 2024 election in favor of Vice President Kamala Harris. Biden dropped out of the race in July, per Mediaite.
