Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Mookie Betts made the trip to Japan for this year’s Tokyo Series. However, whether or not we’ll see Betts suit up against the Chicago Cubs remains unclear. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts announced Saturday that Betts won’t play in the club’s two exhibition games this weekend.

Mookie Betts did not play in the Los Angeles Dodgers’ exhibition game against the Yomiuri Giants and won’t be in the lineup for the team’s second matchup at the Tokyo Dome either.
