Impacts from a tropical depression that is forecasted to become Hurricane Imelda are expected to be felt in South Carolina on Monday and Tuesday.
After growing into a hurricane, Gabrielle, the seventh named storm of the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season, is gaining steam, but is not expected to make landfall.
The National Hurricane Center's 8 p.m. Monday update reported that Category 4 Hurricane Humberto is in the Atlantic Ocean, 320 miles southwest of Bermuda. Packing maximum sustained winds of 140 mph, the hurricane is tracking north-northwest at 13 mph.
A pair of storms will keep things stirred up along the Atlantic Coast. Fortunately, a direct U.S. hit from either storm is not in the forecast.
