Apparently Patrick Mahomes sometimes feels like he's still in dad mode when it comes to working with teammate Travis Kelce. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback recently made a bold declaration about playing on the field with Kelce, 35, whom he compared to his and wife Brittany Mahomes ' 3-year-old daughter, Sterling Skye.

But the most famous example of this kind of play is also notorious: the lateral he made to wideout Kadarius Toney with 1:25 remaining in last season’s 20-17 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Toney scored a touchdown that could have won the game — but the play was called back because Toney was offsides at the snap.
