Man shot near Hoyland Elementary School in north Harris County, constables say

A man was shot near Hoyland Elementary School in north Harris County Friday afternoon, according to the Precinct 4 Harris County Constable’s Office. In an update posted to X just after 4 p.m., the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said a man with a gunshot wound ran near the school and has since been transported to a hospital.
