After a recent cut in funding for CHN Housing Partners’s HEAP Winter Crisis program, the amount of residents that qualify for help has been significantly reduced.

Community Action Agency’s HEAP Summer Crisis Program (SCP) runs July 1 through Sept. 30. Appointments for the HEAP Summer Crisis may be made by calling the automated phone service at 330-892-8880.
