Q. I have email addresses for myself and each of my staff. There are times, though, where I wish I had additional email addresses for me, but I do not want to manage a separate email account.
What do you mean by "can't search a shared mailbox"? Do they get an error? Do they try to search for something they know exists in the mailbox and it doesn't return a result? Does it affect this one ...
