A Sioux Falls couple is in the Minnehaha County jail tonight facing more than a dozen felony charges, accused of giving meth and pot to children in their home and using electric cattle prods on them.

Robert Bores, 34, of Florence Township, was arrested and faces three felony counts of domestic violence and three counts of child endangering, WKYC-TV reported. The children were 7 and 8 years old.
