SECAUCUS, N.J. – USA Baseball today announced its roster for the 2026 World Baseball Classic. The roster announcement was part of a special 90-minute MLB Tonight program on MLB Network, where all 20 rosters were exclusively revealed.
World Baseball Classic, Inc. today announced the final rosters submitted by the 20 baseball federations participating in the 2026 World Baseball Classic before the event’s February 3rd deadline. The rosters were officially unveiled earlier this evening on MLB Network.
The 2026 World Baseball Classic is set to begin on March 5 and rosters have been unveiled for all 20 teams. New Jersey is represented with several former high school stars earning spots. Here are the New Jersey alums in this year’s tournament.
Per MLB.com's Sarah Langs, the rosters collectively feature a record 78 players who have been named to an MLB All-Star team, with 36 of them making the cut last year.
