PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers rookie quarterback Will Howard is already learning a ton from new quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers has helped Howard clean up his footwork, which was Howard’s biggest growth area during his time at Ohio State. That is already making a big difference for Howard in his five-step drops.

“I’ve always wanted to be able to have an impact on kids like I was impacted when I was there age,” Howard told WSYX ABC 6.

Smith noted that last year, the Steelers deployed two different quarterbacks: Justin Fields for the first six weeks, and Russell Wilson for the rest of the season.
