Start time, TV channel for NFL Week 4 game
Digest more
The NFL has made a major schedule change, flexing the 49ers-Buccaneers into a late slot and pushing down Patriots-Saints.
One can assume that the schedule changes had something to do with the records of each team. The Buccaneers and 49ers both have 3-1 records, while the Patriots and Saints are a combined 2-6. The Saints are one of just two teams that are 0-4.

Schedule alert: 49ers-Buccaneers Week 6 kickoff time moved
NFL insider Ian Rapoport reports that the kickoff for the October 12 Week 6 matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers has been moved from 10 a.m.
CBS also has the Green Bay Packers-Cincinnati Bengals game in a 4:25 p.m. slot on Week 6. The other late afternoon game, carried by Fox, will feature the Tennessee Titans visiting the Las Vegas Raiders in a less-appealing matchup at 4:05 p.m.
The San Francisco 49ers did little right Sunday, with only the defense showing any signs of life as they fell to the Jacksonville Jaguars 26-21 at Levi's Stadium.
Apparently, the NFL is adjusting the Patriots’ schedule for their Week 6 game against the New Orleans Saints. New England was initially set to play at 4:25 p.m. ET on Oct. 12 on CBS. Now, the game has been moved to 1 p.m. ET, still on CBS.
