A key member of the Pittsburgh Steelers' defense sustained an injury in the team's playoff game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Watt was drafted by the Steelers in the 2017 NFL draft, just a few months after the team last won a playoff game. A fact not at all missed on Watt. When Watt addressed the media on Thursday, he talked about his legacy and the importance of getting a playoff win.

PITTSBURGH -- T.J. Watt’s storied NFL career is already good enough to land him in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The individual accomplishments will never be lacking for the Pittsburgh Steelers star outside linebacker. However, what has not followed is Watt’s postseason success.

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has not won a playoff game since 2016, going 0-5 since beating the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2016 Divisional Playoffs. That is not exactly news  to most.

This is exactly why the X-Factor doesn't come from the Pittsburgh defense. People already know what T.J. Watt and Co. are capable of. They already know that disrupting offenses is the Steelers' main gateway to victories and that the team will lean heavily on Teryl Austin's unit again this weekend.

And look, should Watt be a Steeler for life? Sure. But at some point, when does the best defensive player in the league and maybe the history of the franchise say enough is enough
