The newcomer to The Beltway is said to be working with an in-the-know stylist whose day job is at Tory Burch, Usha Vance attended Sunday’s wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery, wearing a dramatic white double-breasted statement coat.

Usha Chilukuri Vance, the wife of Middletown native and Vice President JD Vance, made history Monday. With her husband serving alongside President Donald Trump, Usha Vance became the first Indian American second lady in the White House. She is also the first Hindu second lady.
