Vice President Kamala Harris is set to give a speech on Friday focused squarely on abortion rights and she’ll do so in Georgia, where news reports have documented women’s deaths in the face of the state’s six-week ban.

The state’s closely watched Senate race shows a similarly tight contest, and 93 percent of registered voters say they are certain to vote.

With a debate and a second assassination attempt in the rearview mirror, the Harris-Trump contest is by any measure too close to call.
