The Phoenix Suns made a move for All-Star guard Bradley Beal in the 2023 offseason, hoping to build a big three around Kevin Durant and Devin Booker. Unluckily for the Suns, Beal has not been able to stay on the court.

The Phoenix Suns (8-2) lost 127-118 at home to the Sacramento Kings (6-4) in overtime Sunday, snapping their seven-game win streak. It was the Suns' first game without their injured top scorer Kevin Durant, who's sidelined for the next two weeks from a left calf strain.

Phoenix Suns guards Bradley Beal and Grayson Allen are questionable for Wednesday's rematch against the Sacramento Kings (6-5) at Golden 1 Center in the second of a back-to-back. Beal didn't play the final 7:19 of the fourth quarter of Tuesday's road victory against the Utah Jazz in NBA Cup group play as he checked out of the game with left calf tightness.
