An audit of the Canton Police Department made public on Tuesday faulted investigators for missteps in the investigation into John O’Keefe’s death, but did not find evidence of a massive conspiracy to frame murder defendant Karen Read.

Through the first two days of the selection process, a total of seven jurors were seated for the trial. The court seeks to seat 16 jurors, of which 12 will end up deliberating and four will serve as alternates.
