Charges have been filed against three people who were arrested in connection to a deadly Halloween party shooting in Octber.Police responded around 12:30 a.m.

Jaylen Dwayne Edgar, 17, was charged as an adult with two counts of second-degree murder with a firearm and one count of attempted murder with a firearm.
