Hi, does anyone know if the little train is running around the park at the moment? If so, can you get on at one end and off the other end or is it a round trip? Lastly, does anyone know how much it costs? Thank you.

I do not think so. The reason lot of construction work is going on. Anyway I did not see one.
Normally there are many discos near the see garden and in the late times you can hear very nice music. During the day as well, people that are playing on their instruments ,festival's musics :)
