Awesome views. Challenging sleep sections. Best to be in good shape and have good hiking shoes on. Some sections are on smooth rocks. Be prepared.Full review by davee108
Is this trail ok for seniors who are not avid hikers? Are there any easy trails?

Not sure what you mean by seniors. I'm 60 and I had no trouble all the way across. If you go the red trail you could have some problems. It is very strenuous
