Not this year. All Balkan mountains have been under unprecedented major snowstorms this January (Even Mt. Olympous in Greece has been loaded with snow up to 4-6 meters). Ι would go in early June. If you are an experienced skier (mountaineering ski) you can go to Bansko ski area and then -using the lifts- try to reach Todorka peak. Avalanche danger in Balkan mt. is 4,5/5 for now!!! (whenever you 'll go to Central Balkans, beware of fog, please! A GPS is α "must have"!)
